A request from Spirit FM Radio for a donation was tabled.

Property – The Easter Pageant area has been prepared.  Ernie Hibdon has donated the gravel to improve the pageant walkway.  A thank you has been sent to Ernie by Joe Poretta.  A key box has been donated by Roger Gardner and installed in the work area of the church office for key identification and storage.  The Garagnani Garden area has been spruced up by trimming and clearing away brush.  The lettered sign has been moved from the Missouri Highway 5 right-of-way.  Surplus HVAC materials have been removed from the basement by Nip Mohler and given to Habitat for Humanity.  Lawn preparation has begun with an application of pre-emergent for weed control.  Joe Poretta donated a new plastic container for aluminum cans next to the garage.  Further yard work needs to be done behind the church and parsonage.  Old wiring will be recycled and the monies donated to the youth program.  Yard maintenance is very time-consuming and mowing teams have been organized to reduce the amount of time each volunteer spends at the church doing yard work each week.  One of the ovens in the church kitchen needs a pilot light repaired.  An electrician has been asked to look at a breaker problem associated with the light on the steeple and the chandelier in the front drive.

Social Ministry – There have been many requests for assistance with utility bills.  Pat Garrett reported on a program CoMo Electric has to assist customers with their utility payments.  The committee is looking at the possibility of participating in the Festival of Sharing in Sedalia this fall.

Stewardship - No meeting.

Worship and Music – Pastor Beese is agreeable to resume the monthly midweek worship at various locations on the Lake during the summer months. A method for assuring the acolytes have a copy of the bulletin available to them will be instituted.  Hymn selection was discussed.
